Collection: Anita Del Rosario

After her Fine Arts studies at the University of Santo Tomas, Del Rosario worked as a comics illustrator for various publications, including Liwayway, and later stumbled into jewelry design for a famous jeweler. It was utterly happenstance. She became bored with her work as a comics illustrator. And a jewelry designer friend urged her to take over her work for this famous local jewelry company because her friend was going to relocate abroad. As artists, we always like taking on a challenge, so she did. As a jewelry designer, del Rosario made her first conceptual crosses—and the rest, as they say, is history.
