Collection: Joseph Ingking

Joseph ”Jjawzip” Ingking is a visual artist based in Bohol where he graduated with a Fine Arts degree majoring in Advertising Arts. Jjawzip’s works mostly influence and inspiration from the mixtures lowbrow, abstractions, pop-surreal, tropical imageries and chromatic abstractions. He has joined numerous group shows and art events.

As an undergraduate student, he was one of the finalists of the Shell National Arts Competition, and represented Bohol in the main curated exhibition of the Visayan Visual Art Conference. His works have also been shortlisted in the GSIS and MADE art competitions. He also creates art toys from mixed media and found objects and digital illustrations which he showcased and was granted as one of the “Gawad Bagong Biswal” by NCCA. He won the Artist merit and People’s Choice award in the Don Papa Art Competition 2020.His work was featured in Graphika Manila as the cover art. View more of his works on his Instagram @jjawzip
