Jeffrey Sisican

He is a painter, printmaker, and mixed media artist based in Baclayon, Bohol. I graduated with a Fine Arts major in Painting from the University of the Philippines, Cebu, in 1994. He has held 7 solo exhibitions in Bohol, Cebu, and Manila and has participated in group exhibitions. He was a finalist in the 2010 Taiwan Print Biennale competition and exhibition in Taipei, Taiwan. Selected artist, as Bohol Representative, VIVA EXCON 2014 in Bacolod City. Participant in the in the 3rd ASEAN Graphics Arts (Print) competition and Exhibition 2020. Growing up, he was exposed to mass media, from TV to newspapers, comics, and books. And he has interests in history, politics, the environment, and people, which led him to apply them to his art.
